We are looking for a reliable Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, you’ll manage people, processes and systems in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and that productivity targets are met.

The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development, ensure sustainability, customer satisfaction, maintain workplace health and safety standards, and securing the building and stock.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies
  • Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

The incumbent is accountable and responsible for the maintenance and superb functionality of the Sales Department. General duties include administrative support, as well as, developing, implementing and maintaining efficient and effective processes and procedures to ensure a proficient and functional flow of the Department. Roles and Responsibilities:

  2. Complete and submit reports on KPIs weekly or monthly (as indicated or preferred by the Sales Manager or your Supervisor).

  5. Draft client orders and proposals for clients.
  6. Development of business correspondence along with general administrative assistance, e.g. completion of Tenders, Registrations, and Proposals.
  7. Complete and distribute concise reports on-site visits and presentations done with the consultants. This should be sent to the Consultant, the Sales Manager as well as the General Manager.
  8. Follow up with existing clients for orders and customer care meticulously and consecutively. Follow up on quotations sent to clients in a timely manner.
  9. Enter information from the existing hard copy system into the CRM database and maintain the accuracy of the database. Enter all necessary information and ensure the team keeps abreast of this as well.
  10. Other related duties and stretch objectives.
