Job Information

Is responsible for generating accurate invoices, credit notes and sales orders and issuing them to customers. Updates all customers’ files and investigates and reconciles the database whenever any discrepancies are identified.


  • Minimum of five (5) GCE O’ Level passes (Grades I or II) including Mathematics and English Language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experienced in the use of Peachtree Accounting and accounting processes and procedures
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in the field
