Job Information

Is responsible for inventory purchasing and accurate data entry of all new inventory items into the system. Accurately updates cost prices and calculates all corresponding selling prices in the system. Reconciles any changes in inventory with regards to returned, damaged or exchanged items. Maintains a good, working, an updated insight of quantity levels and follows an efficient re-ordering system.


  • Minimum of five (5) GCE O’ Level passes (Grades I or II) including Mathematics and English Language.
  • At least Level 2 of C.I.P.S.
  • Experienced in the use of Peachtree Accounting and accounting processes and procedures related to Inventory Management
  • At least four (4) years’ experience in the field
