This position’s role is to provide administrative support to the Managing Partner in the main, as well as to Divisional Team Leads. The position has responsibility for all aspects of schedule and calendar management for the Managing Partner, including coordination with the schedules of the Partners and Management team, travel management, clerical support and special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or any other related field.
  • Must have at least 5 years experience.
  • Self-starter, professional, motivated, highly organized, ability to work well alone or with a team.
